The first thing we need to do is make sure that we can work together. I need to make sure that I’m working within the scope of my competencies and you need to feel that you are comfortable enough to work with me. Please message me using the contact form with a brief outline of what you would like to address in our work together. I will aim to reply within 48 hours, if not sooner although at weekends and Bank Holidays, it may be a little longer. You can choose how you would like to communicate, whether it is by Zoom, email, instant messaging or phone. Before the first session, I will send you the information you need in order to give informed consent to have therapy. I will also send a questionnaire in order to gather background information so that we are ready to go at the first session. I will invite you to think of at least one goal you would like to achieve in the course of your therapy and we can your progress towards this every 4 weeks. I look forward to hearing from you.
